These are the activities for Catholic Schools Week;
Monday, January 30th: Favorite Character Day; Students may come to school wearing clothing with their favorite storybook, tv show or movie character. (No costumes please)
Tuesday, January 31st: Sports Day; Students may come to school dressed in their favorite sports team clothing.
Wednesday, February 1st: Wacky Wednesday; Students may come to school dressed in a silly hat, silly shirt or silly socks.
Thursday, February 2nd: Valentine's Day Cards; Students will be creating Valentine's cards for our community helpers.
Friday, February 3rd: Movie Day; students will enjoy a short movie with friends.
Parents:Last week there was a paper sent in your child’s backpack regarding the personalized student code to sign up to Seesaw. This is an interactive learning platform for you and your child to work on assignments together at home.
How Do Students Use Their Home Learning Code? 1. Students go to https://app.seesaw.me on a computer. Or install the Seesaw Class App on an iOS or Android device. 2. Students tap “I’m a student”. 3. Students scan their code using Seesaw’s built-in QR code reader or type in their text code to access their Seesaw account.
If you have an issue with your code, please let me know.
✏️ITEMS YOUR CHILDREN NEEDS FOR SCHOOL ✏️ -2 sets of extra clothes labeled in a clear zip lock bag, include underware, socks, shirt, and pull on pants. -A labeled CRIB sheet for nap/resting mat as well as a sheet so your child can cover themselves. Sometimes the children like to feel cozy when they nap/rest. -A labeled REGULAR size backpack, no mini backpacks. -2 labeled folders. -A healthy lunch in a SOFT labeled lunch box, if your child will not eat the school lunch. -A family photo no bigger then 4x6.
Please DO NOT send your child to school with ANY of the following:
-Overalls or pants with buckels, buttons, belts - Costume play jewelry or jewelry of any kind! -Dangle earrings/post only -No sandals or open toed shoes - sneakers work the best! -Toys of any kind from home -Candy/gum -Electronics
Parents we have a student with a peanut allregy in the classroom, so please do not send any food that contains peanuts. Also, please do not send popcorn as a snack, children are not allowed to eat popcorn in school.
